摘要:
 如何提高动作技能习得效率是动作学习与控制(Motor Learning and Control)领域的重点课题。已有研究肯定了触觉学习的有益性,但干预方案缺乏稳定性或练习内容简单,为此研制了一种新型体育器材来创建有效的触觉学习条件,然后开展为期2周、每周4次的实验干预,发现:在缺乏动作概念指导的情况下触觉学习产生的习得效率较低,而一旦练习者建立了动作概念,触觉学习明显产生了比认知学习更高的习得效率,而且认知学习有利于初学者掌握复杂动作技能,触觉学习有利于掌握简单动作技能,所以建议初学者采用“概念打底,触觉推进”的动作技能学习策略。
Abstract:
 How to improve the efficiency of acquiring motor skills is a classic topic in the field of Motor Learning and Control.It was not until the emergence of intelligent robots in recent years,which provided technology for creating reliable perceptual learning conditions,that a few researchers were able to explore the efficiency of perceptual learning of simple motor skills.In order to test the potential of perceptual learning in acquiring motor skills,this study first developed a new type of sports equipment(with 2 authorized national invention patents and 7 national utility model patents),and then conducted continuous experiments for 2 weeks,4 times a week.The results showed that:(1)in the absence of correct action concept guidance,the acquisition efficiency of perceptual learning was relatively low,and once the practitioner established the action concept,Perceived learning has significantly produced higher acquisition efficiency than cognitive learning;(2)For beginners,cognitive learning is beneficial for mastering complex motor skills,while perceptual learning is beneficial for mastering simple motor skills;(3)There is a threshold for improving the effectiveness of motor skill acquisition,and perceptual learning may help to increase the threshold.Therefore,beginners should adopt a learning strategy of “concept based,perception driven”,and should not blindly conduct perception training before establishing correct action concepts.
