摘要:
 宜人性与抑郁的关系尚未得出一致性结论。为了探索当前竞争激烈的社会环境对宜人性个体抑郁的影响,研究采用宜人性量表、人际关系满意度量表、抑郁自评量表和感知到的竞争量表对600名大学生进行了调查。结果表明:(1)宜人性正向预测人际关系满意度和抑郁,人际关系满意度负向预测抑郁,人际关系满意度在宜人性和抑郁间起中介作用;(2)感知到的竞争正向调节了宜人性与抑郁的关系,高宜人性的个体在感知到高竞争时更容易抑郁; 感知到的竞争负向调节了宜人性与人际关系满意度的关系,高宜人性的个体在感知到高竞争时人际关系满意度显著下降。结果揭示了激烈的竞争环境对宜人性个体心理健康的消极影响,同时有利于深入理解人格特质与环境的交互作用。
Abstract:
 In order to clarify the relationship and mechanism between agreeableness and depression in a highly competitive environment,this study was conducted on 600 college students using the Agreeableness Scale,the Interpersonal Satisfaction Scale,the Depression Scale,and the Perceived Competitiveness Scale.The results showed that:(1)Agreeableness positively predicted interpersonal satisfaction and depression; and interpersonal satisfaction negatively predicted depression.The interpersonal satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between agreeableness and depression;(2)Perceived competitiveness positively moderated the relationship between agreeableness and depression,and individuals with high agreeableness were more likely to be depressed when they perceived high competitiveness; Perceived competitiveness negatively moderated the relationship between agreeableness and interpersonal satisfaction,and individuals with high likability experienced a significant decrease in interpersonal satisfaction when they perceived high competitiveness.This study sheds light on the adverse impact of the current competitive environment on individuals' mental health,contributing to a more profound understanding of the interplay between personality traits and the environment.
