摘要:
 心理虐待与忽视发生率高,波及率广,经历“磨难”的个体也往往在心理上获得成长。研究采用扎根理论,深入解析大学生经历此类创伤后的心理成长过程与机制。结果表明,创伤经历早期虽造成显著心理损害,但通过持续应对与意义重构,个体可在自我认知、情绪管理及人际观念等方面实现积极成长,且该成长对早期心理损害具有修复作用。这一过程普遍反复而挣扎,深刻影响个体的发展路径与适应功能。
Abstract:
 Objective:To explore the process of psychological growth among college students following childhood psychological abuse and neglect.Methods:Nine college students with childhood trauma experiences were selected using intensity sampling.In-depth interviews were conducted,and the interview data(approximately 110,000 words of transcribed texts)were analyzed using grounded theory to construct a model of psychological growth.Results:The analysis yielded 236 open codes,25 focused codes,7 axial codes,and 3 theoretical codes.Conclusion:Psychological growth in college students after childhood psychological abuse and neglect arises from their efforts to cope with psychological damage caused by traumatic events,influenced by multiple factors.Throughout this process,students gain heightened awareness of psychological damage,yet the resulting growth ultimately exerts a healing effect on such damage.The overall process is characterized as struggled and recurrent.
